The lounge and master bedroom both have sliding doors to the full width balcony, the doors are sheltered and protected by sliding louvered screens.  The balcony gets the morning sun, ideal for breakfast outdoors, this passes overhead at about 1.30 enabling lunch to be taken on the balcony without discomfort from the heat.  During the afternoon and early evening the sun is not on any of the windows, this keeps the apartment cool inside even in August.

The master bedroom has a 5ft bed with a lift-up top, this is used for storing bed linen and towels, the fitted wardrobe has ample space.  The larger of the 2 bathrooms leads off the master bedroom, this has an electric heated floor, bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and sink with a marble worktop.

The second bedroom contains 2 x 3ft single beds, fitted wardrobe, the en-suite has a heated floor, shower, toilet and sink with marble worktop.  The bedroom window has a cord operated shutter for security and to keep the light to a minimum.

Both bathrooms have windows, a feature that is often missing in Spanish apartments. 

The kitchen is fitted with a range of cupboards, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven and ceramic (flat plate) hob plus a stainless steel extractor hood.  There is ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for up to 8 people.

The lounge area has a corner settee with storage under the side unit, the main unit incorporates a pull out double bed, bedding included.  There is a TV, DVD player and stereo plus a range of cupboards and cabinets. 

There is a lockable galleria (utility room) by the front door with plumbing for a washing machine and storage space.

The keys are held locally so viewing can be easily and quickly arranged.  

All taxes due in 2009 have been paid, the sale is subject to current Spanish laws and regulations.

Just about everything in the photos is included in the sale except for the white plastic furniture,  4 sun loungers, 2 tables and 10 chairs.  These will be given free of charge to the buyer.  The 2 blue loungers and a couple of personal items are also excluded.
